No, not all cars can handle it. In some cars, the problems can be quite serious. For example, in BMWs made in the 80s, the fuel hoses are incompatible with alcohol and will fail and start leaking if ethanol is used.

Depends on the amount of ethanol. My gas is a 10% ethnol and 90% gas mix. Have used that blend for many years with no problems. I'm driving a 77 Chevy Caprice. E85 is 85% ethanol and 15% gas. The vehicle needs to be designed to use this mix. A tank of E85 in a non flex fuel vehicle won't kill it, but constant use in a non flex fuel vehicle will cause problems eventually.

Only if the vehicle´s engine is built to accept this kind of fuel, found in vehicles with Flex Fuel technology. Ethanol ( alcohol), methanol and gasoline can be used isolated or at same time by these car´s engine. However, average gasoline motors may work with ethanol but sooner or later it will get damaged.

Ethanol cannot be used in just any vehicle because it can cause rusting. The exhaust that ethanol puts off is water.

Nope. Ethanol is alcohol which burns a lot faster than regular gas causing the motor to run much leaner and reduce your gas mileage. You could damage your motor by running it in a car that is not equipped to handle it.
