The fact that it idles at 4000 rpms is a problem. Doesn't matter what the diagnostics say.

High idle (not idol which is someone you praise or worship) is caused typically by a vacuum leak.

For your rough shifts, have the transmission checked. Check the transmission fluid. Fluid for the transmission needs to be checked warm and with the engine running. Add more fluid through the dipstick if it's low, but only in small increments if it's low because the trans will fill quickly. (no more than a pint at at time)

The high idle is what's probably causing your problems and get that fixed first before looking at the other issues.

Dude, the problem is that it's a Kia. I had a '96 Sephia a couple of years ago and spend more time changing sensors and distributors than I care to recall. Get rid of it.

properly you've gotten some high quality thoughts. some use the excuse that the poor third international countries won't be able to get ahead when you think about that of exploitation by skill of the already established countries. India broke that excuse. possibly they're merely too complacent and ignorant. If we merely left them by technique of myself for some hundred years with no food help and let them to die off f-ing each diverse and getting aids those who've been left probably valuable and wise sufficient to compete in the international with the relax human beings.

Invent a time machine. Travel back to 3 months ago and prevent yourself from bumping your head, which must've lead to buying a kia.

Huh...I've got almost 55K on my '03 Spectra GS, and the only problem I had was the chassis acceleration sensor went kaput. Best car I've ever owned.
