How many terrorists are celebrating that Duh-bya just can't catch Osama...?
Duh-bya is a joke. He spied on American citizens with no warrants. And he can't even catch Osama. Rest assured..he will continue with his wire taps... he is doing the exact thing terrorists want him to do...infringe on our freedoms.

Bush can still wiretap just as the country has for many years. He just can no longer wiretap American citizens without first getting a court order.

Some will argue that terrorist have won.

This is not only wrong in fact but kinda sickening.
For one the ability to wire tap has always exsisted with a warrent, or even if an immediate warrent isn't available they can get one 72 hours after the fact, they have secret courts to obtain a warrent.

Besides if to extend your logic further your a terrorist.........

1) Terrorist hate our freedoms, according to W.
2) You hate protecting our freedoms, according to your post.
3) You and the terrorist hate our freedoms...
4) you lack the ablitity to see complex issues beyond black and white..

what bush did was use it to spy on americans. i am not kidding they even spy on peace groups.

This domestic spying began also before 9/11, allow me to repeat that before 9/11.

Today is a victory for the american people and the constitution

None of them. How many terrorists were caught because of it? Er... none. Not one. Well that SURE was a worthwhile pillage of freedom wasn't it?

Maybe though, just maybe some other Republican fascist will bring it back, and maybe even make some other laws to make you positively wet yourself with joy - the right for the Government to kick in the door of anyone who could be a danger to them, and have them "disappeared" for instance, and then you can have your very own reign of terror! Ooops, I mean Reign of Freedom of course...

I think congress will pass more specific laws on this that even blind liberal judges with an agenda legislating from the bench will be able to follow.

You don't have to worry about no more wiring tapping because Bush does whatever he wants no matter if it's lawful or not.

When one of our elementary schools get hit, what are you going to say then? Somebody that thinks for themselves please stand up and use some common s????????????????If it was up to me there would be a lot of agents going through their house and...........anybody that is associated with the terrorist must go. any one that sides with them needs to go live with them.

Does anybody think for themselves? Don't just spout off words because you hear someone else say it. Know what it means and the consequences of the action.

You are buying into the lie....the FEAR LIE....your president is guilty. what he did violates the separation of powers doctrine, the Administrative Procedures Act, the First and Fourth amendments to the United States Constitution, the FISA and Title III.
And yet unlike a True American ..you defend him.....Yes this country has a rule of law to protect us from people like you and him.....Thats the real FEAR you and your kind need to worry about!
