Herbal infusions facials. Steep herbs like chamomile and sassafrass bark in water for 20 minutes and strain. Wrap the spent herbs in a cheesecloth and set aside. Pour liquid into a very steamy bath and soak for a while until your pores are open. Scrub the body with the cheesecloth scrubbie you have made and soak a cloth in the water and place over your face to allow the herb water to give you a facial.

INVESTMENT- I drink 60-80 ounces of water a day! That really makes the difference. I use only Channel products, it is very very expense and I really watch my skin.
I have used sunscreen for many years and that is my savings grace.
Good luck!

yeah seriously, proactiv is the best. it's expensive for a reason (like $40 for 2 months). I just use a small amount to make it last more like 3 months. if i stop using it for more than like a day, i notice a difference in my skin.

FACIALS! But purchase Home care products from your esthetician. It keeps my breakouts in check, the texture of my skin is so much nicer, and since i am young i am using preventative products to help aging.
