Colorado has the death penalty, but I agree the scum will be able to suck the life out of the appeals process. Perhaps we will get lucky and he will have his "Jack Ruby" and save us all a lot of time, effort and money. But know that if he dies, the media will lose millions. Are you willing to live with that?

I understand your view, however it has just come across the news that there were no drugs in JonBenet's system this jerk claims to have drugged her which isn't true according to the autopsy report. So, we are spending money on this creep who probably didn't kill her,he just wants attention and that is exactly what he is getting.

I think the trial will be short, he did confess. The problem is over the death penalty, lawyers will fight over it. There has been only one murderer put to death in Colorado in the last 30 years. It's a mote question rather the guy will for ego a trial and takes what ever a judge decrees. Most cowards don't.

i think of it became into an interloper.. probable a foreigner or a member of a sadistic pedophilia team. I say that throughout step with intuitive innovative and prescient extra advantageous than authentic deduction. i comprehend that what Patsy did in cleansing the data became into extraordinarily suspicious and unhelpful, yet in her own extraordinarily despairing strategies on the time, thinking how some all and sundry is almost conservative neatfreaks /niceknicks (no longer understanding if she became into or no longer) i will unquestionably see the cleansing happening quote unquote innocently. it may additionally be a fashion of psychological denial of certainty, hiding from the international. It became right into a terrribly unhappy subject for all.

Whoa, there buddy!
He might have confessed...but something doesn't smell right with his confession.
I suspect that there is more to the story than we're being told.
Fact - she wasn't drugged...but our confessor says he drugged her.
Fact - the house was not broken into...so how did he break in?
Opinion - his ex wife claims he was with her in Alabama during the time JonNenet was murdered...like, hey, what's up with that?
Let's give it time.
To me, it sounds as if everyone just wants this story to end.
It seems very odd.

WOW!!! Already guilty huh? That's the problem in this country. I seriously doubt that the guy was in anyway involved. He was OBSESSED with the murder. His ex-wife claimed that he was with her in Alabama at the time of the murder. All I see is a sick pervert. Get the facts BEFORE you rush to judgement.

Probabably just as much as we spent trying to hang her parents. Our constitution allows everone to have his/her day in court. I am thankful for that.
