Creepy. Unless they're legal and in their birthday suits. And on top of me.

Under age 8 cute, over that, creepy. I'm a twin and I hated getting identical stuff. Only our grandmother every did this to us. So we had to wear the stuff together when she was around but otherwise we never wore it at the same time.

It is cute when they are newborn. It is cute for special ocassions but when they are old enough to decide what they like then stop it!

Even twins need their own identity in life and to dress them the same ALL the time takes that away from them.

As the lady before said, when they reach a certain age it does become a little weird!!
I am reminded not of the girls in the shining but of tweedle dum and tweedle dee from Alice in Wonderland when I see grown ups dressed the same. lol.

Up until they are about 3 or 4 it's cute. After that, just plain creepy.

I think it really depends on how old the twins are. If they are really young, then I think it's kinda cute, but the older they get the more creepy it is.

I think it's cute until about age 5. After that, it does get creepy!

Cute maybe when they are completely helpless. Even then, too hard to tell apart. When they are older, dress them in clothes that are similar, coordinating, or complementary, but if they are the same, if confuses you and them. They need to have an identity that they are separate individuals, not halves of a whole.
If they want to dress alike as they grow up, let them. It's their choice. Be supportive of whatever choice they make, reinforce constructive healthy choices.
