if this is the first time you've ever been tempted to exercise then you should start off slow. You'll probably need to lose excess weight so start jogging and dieting! You'll need to exercise all over not just your abs before you see any real effects of focused exercise! When you've slimmed down start doing crunches - start at two sets of ten reps and when it gets easier start increasing the number of sets and then reps.
To do a crunch, lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. You should place your fingers on your temples and face the ceiling. Just sit up. That's a crunch - keep doing those!

I saw a plastic surgery show where the man wanted a six pack and as hard as he tried he couldn't so he opted for plastic surgery. He had fat from his own body injected into thr right places and you wouldn't believe how great it looked! So, if you have the money and little time to work out, opt for plastic surgery it's for men also...

yo man i did this little work out i saw in a fitness magazine and it really helped me out! simply just get a basketball or medicine ball(about 20 bucks every 5 pounds) and do situps only instead of bringing your chest toward your knees go all the way down untill the ball touches the floor in front of you! do about 10 repd of 8 every day and you should see some results!
