Mr Spock would use the Vulcan Dirty Mind Trick. He would allow Yoda to see all the strange life-forms that Captain James T. Kirk copulated with . Yoda would would be so freaked out by this that he would lose his ability to reason.

Since Spock would repsond with "fascinating" to everything Yoda said I think Yoda would win.

You've seen a 3 foot green frog do flips with a light saber so answer your own question. Yoda would win in a normal debate with that mind control. If he doesn't like the answer he can pick you up with his mind and throw you. Plus Yoda is kind of cute for a frog.
