People who see animals as sex objects are not usually interested in people so you've got your wires crossed there.
Its a common rape myth to say that only monsters do it. People do it. Just because you don't see yourself capable of such acts doesn't mean you are completely incapable of cruelty or an inhuman act.
For example, you favour the death penalty. I have less faith in the justice system and prefer life imprisonment.
I think the death penalty is barbaric, and don;t see how people can propose it and at the same time claim the higher moral ground.

Beastiality is not a crime in Florida. The sex act with an animal you would have to prove that the animal was in pain. Sounds silly, but this was a real case. The guy that did this wasn't even charged by the State after it was filed by the police.

Anyone doing something this sick IS capable of doing worse. It's called a CLUE.

You seem to be exactly the sort of person who watches a war film, seeing people being blown to pieces and dying in the most horrendous and degrading fashion without a blink, but as soon as an animal in said film is in danger you cower and scream - or one of those animal rights imbeciles who think that there should be NO TESTING ON ANIMALS - ok, fine, if you believe that then you cannot use ANY products tested on animals, which means you're pretty screwed if you ever become diabetic for instance, cause most medicines are tested on a few animals so THOUSANDS of human lives can be saved.

The death penalty is barbaric, killing people is wrong - or don't you believe so? Perhaps you think killing people who don't believe the same things you do is right?

You cannot rape an animal any more than you can murder one - animals have no self-consciousness or intelligence so they aren't aware of what is happening.

Sounds weird, but there are people out there who see it as love for an animal; a genuine total expression of love. They'd know it's frowned on by civilised society and would keep it quiet, but they wouldn't acknowledge that what they're doing is wrong. An animal cannot consent (obviously), so these people are forcing /manipulating the animals into doing something that's not natural. This is totally wrong.

But personally I think they need help not the death sentence.

I dont think anything is worse than raping a child, or any woman for that matter.
Beastiality doesnt even come close I'm afraid. I dont credit animals with the morals that we have. They act on instinct so therefore would be unaware of the rightsand wrongs of what was happening.

While beastiality is pretty gross, I don't think a person deserves the death penalty for it. There are things that humans do to other humans that don't even warrant the death penalty. Your question is pretty far-fetched.
