Do some abdomen exercises, like sit ups and crunches. When you have a stronger abdomen, your belly will be flatter.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

I have heard that weight goes to your stomach when you're eating a diet high in saturated fat and/or salt. If you decrease the amount of red meat in your diet and replace it will meats with healthier fats (such as salmon), that will definitely help.

The other thing that is unavoidable is reducing portion sizes. If you're eating three big meals a day, eat smaller meals (200-300 calories) every 3 hours. That will help reduce your cravings for fattier foods.

Hi
Try specific body sculpting workouts, also this plan helped me so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx

Good luck

Assuming that you are not suffering from some kind of anorexic fantasy or it's not all baby fat (see link), then it depends on your diet and level of activity.

If you have been actively exercising, eating a healthy diet, you might consult with your doctor.
Talk to him/her about what you want to do and why.
They should be able to help you, or at least guide you to a professional who can get you on a diet/exercise program.

Oh my god - it's puppy fat! you're too young for this! Just try to excercise more and eat healthier - don't do any stupid fad diets. Trust me, eat healthily and it'll go once you get a little older.
