I was told before that hydrogen peroxide whitens skin, how should I used it? Just scrub it out the body? Thanks

Don't do that.

Hydrogen peroxide is caustic (it will burn).

You should only use it for minor cuts and scrapes as a disinfectant, and as a way to brighten your teeth--mix it with water, though. If you don't, it will ruin and elongate your tastebuds.

Hydrogen peroxide is very damaging to both skin and hair.. about a year ago i used hydrogen peroxide to liten my scars and it left my skin really dry and very uneven in color. it didnt look good at all! there were little sections odf skin that was my natural skin tone and other little sections that were whiter.. i suggest instead of using hydrogen peroxide use lemon juice it has a better outcome.. dip a cotton ball into the lemon juice, let it dry, then put on some moisturizer. do that twice a day till you get the desired skin tone. hope this helps.

You should read Laura Jefferson’s book "Skin Whitening At Home" ( I saw it's also available in electronic format +video: http://www.skinwhiteningathome.com ). After 8 weeks I managed to get my skin a few tones whiter and I also got rid of freckles.

The method she teaches in her book is natural, inexpensive, and is readily available in most homes. You could even find some ingredients in your own backyard. The most wonderful thing about the method she shares in her book is that it will help you whiten or lighten your skin pigmentations, freckles, age spots, acne marks, dark underarms, melasma, or your overall skin color easily and naturally without breaking your bank or producing dangerous side effects. Good Luck!

Stay away from the professional teeth whitening procedures and from the whitening at home kits. They are using extremely toxic chemicals that can cause IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE TO TOOTH ENAMEL and premature tooth decay.

Check out this site: http://www.naturalwhiteteeth.net - It's about how you can whiten your teeth 100% naturally. Same results but 100% safe and 1000 times cheaper.

It does work and its not very good to do it. It won't work to change the "COLOR" of your skin, just help dry up the top layer so you can exfoliate the skin to encourage new growth.

I use it to bleach my teeth with it. I cap full of HP and Baking Soda on a toothbrush and gently brush front to back.

To lighten the skin- NO sunlight and lots of sunscreen all the time, be sure to get you ears as well. Wear more clothes and closed toe shoes.

Don't. Just do not do that. Wear sunblock if you don't want to get a tan. hydroquinone is a common lightening agent that is used on hyperpigmentation and such, but should be used under the aid and supervision of a medical professional.

why...why...why would you do that? that's silliness

and peroxide harms the skin anyway, does serious damage. stick your finger in a bottle of peroxide for 10 minutes and lets see if it feels good
