my daughter passed away in greenville tn. in nov. 8th. 2005, and i wood like to get a copy of her death certifacate

Check in the county where your daughter died they should have the records. So contact the courthouse. They should be able to direct you in the right direction, mine did.
Oh sometimes you have to go in. But you might be able to do it over the internet....just call and talk with someone. They should be able to help.

Call the department of vital statistics and get an application, you will need to fill out the application, provide ID and pay a fee. Most states respond within 15 days. Here is the website:

got to or call the city hall you may have to pay a fee! shouldn't be no more then 5-10 bucks
They should of issued you one for yourslef upon the instident..

all you need to do is go to greenville TN. and go to the courthouse and they can make you one. you will need proof that is is your daughter of course
