SPIDER MAN has quicker reflexes (15x faster than the average human), and is stronger (can lift 10 tons & could potentially knock Wolverine out with one punch if he didn't hold back), and is innovative (he could 'incapacitate' Wolverine by webbing him up and preventing him from using his claws).
v.s.
WOLVERINE has killer instincts, sharply honed fighting skills and even sharper claws. And to top it off, he has his healing factor.
I say Spidey would win, even though I'm a a Wolverine fan. It boils down to two things: Spider Man's luckier and has got (and has defeated) more powerful opponents than Wolverine. Wolverine's been defeated by humans lacking super powers before (such as Lord Shingen & baton-wielding Helllfire Club security guards )

As much as I like spidey say Wolverine would win with his claws and speed. Not to mention the fact that Wolverine healing ability.

I think Wolverine but that would be a long fight Webhead has great reflexes and stamina, but in the end Wolverine walks tall.

Wolfie can regenerate completely even if he's burned down to little but the brain in his skull. His bones heal almost instantly, he's served with multiple special forces teams, and mutant teams, and has over 100 years experience. On top of that, he's killed some of the X-men's most powerful enemies. Spiderman is a kid that can crawl on walls.
