yeh i think it exists
- like nearly everything in the world we need a perfect of balance of one things v its opposite
- without their counter-part e.g. without sadness, the happiness will never be truly appreciated..
So - i think for something to be happily ever after it has to include the sad parts and the downs - and when a couple or famliy or group live through that then the happiness will be their result

I do if you are willing to work at it. Happily -ever- after-ing takes
a real commitment between two people. The fairy tale kind only exists in books.

Of course it does. Isn't that what we initially strive for. Unfortunately we easily forget what is important and tend to dewll on what we don't have or what hasn't worked out. When we wake up, take a breath of fresh air, and start similing again,,,,,,,hopefully that helps.

No. I believe it is always an uphill battle, but at the end, you will find a calm clearing. Without struggle, there is no determination to move forward.

If the " after " is the after-life, then sure, it is for ever, and since you will have no more problems, then it should be happy.
