How do I block websites from coming at all?

you could always just trick the browser into thinking the site is at a different location.

there's a file under c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\ named 'hosts'. you can open that and type the name of the site you want to 'block' and give it an ip address like 192.168.1.1

then, instead of following what you're dns servers tell you, that site will try to connect to the ip you specify and nothing will show up.

Ok i had this problem, when you surf you get loadsa junk, see below:

So you can't access any pages?
Get a firewall and block port 80.
Also block the exe files of internet explorer, mozilla, netscape and firefox.
