try and work out a compromise and realize that he will probably masterbate frequently. However, just because you don't have a strong sex drive would never give him the right to cheat on you.

Either give him oral sex, or, fix him up with one of your girl friends.
Sex and Money make the world go around.. No Sex, No marrage.
If you do not take care of him, he is going to go looking some place else.. This is up to you to take care of.
It does not take any effort on your part to just play around with
him. It might just keep him honest.
The best bet would be divorce though.. You could find some Gay guy to live with you.

compromise!!!!
if your not in the mood, promise him a night he will not forget but like on a different day like the weekend. explain that you had a hard day at work and your tired. for that night give him a nice back rub and cuddle all night long. Sometimes just doing that will get you in the mood! ;)
