Whatever happened with the suspicious package at the Washington Port?

Last night I read a headline of a suspicious package that a bomb-sniffing dog indicated it might be explosive. Then today, I didn't see anything about it. Does anyone know what happened? Was it proven to be a false alarm?

I work about 1/2 mile from there.
NOthing happened, there wre no exspolsives or anything of that nature in it
The cargo was listed as oily rags that are often used for recyling, and they did say there was other things in it that were not listed but did not say what they were.
