hey what if someone was drowning and they lose consiousness and you pull them out they can't help themselves now can they?

The real issue is always convincing them that they really do need help and showing them that they really do want to help themselves.

"You can not take care of somebody if you don't take care of yourself."

Yours is the one with the horses that can not make drinks. That's why they make poor bartenders.
