We are idiots. I did not say fools because the Bible says not to call each other fools. We bicker and call names when we need to be raising a red flag. We are ship wrecked. We need a plan of action. God help you to listen. Stop the slide, drop every local Democratic politician from office. This will automatically rid us of the Senators etc. The local politicians are there roots. When we stop the slide, this includes taking the power of the supreme court away from the radicals, this also would be a result of removing there political base, then we will handle the Republicans next election. If we do not remove the liberal Democrats there may not be another election.

And your source of those stats is Faux News or some similar right wing apologist for the Dumbya Coup? And Dumbya has taken the national government, totally controlled by Repukes, in 6 years from surpluses that the Repukes could not imagine how to spend... but they DID finally succeed at that... to deficits as far into the future as anyone can see. Down with Dictator Dumbya!!!

Washington State has a democratic governor and is one of only seven states that have no state sales tax. Fortunately the higher literacy rate the state enjoys has shielded the state from many of the problems you describe.
Washington state is home to Microsoft, Starbucks and Costo. Costo is a unionized employer that believes in paying its employees well. This leads me to conclude that it is not so much a red state/blue state issue, but who is the best informed and who has the best ideas.
What state were you referring to in your question?

I have noticed that you don't know what you are talking about. Take a look at the successful BLUE states in the New England areas versus the extremely poor RED states of the south.

Ya like ^Jackson^ said their is no crime in NY compared to S Dakota and the economy is far better in NY too (if you take out unemployment and inflation and education and standard of living and tax rates etc).

Yes I have noticed part of that... MN taxed at 12% Florida 0% MN Blue FL Red ( however the economy and standard of living is far greater in MN)

What a fu**ing idiot. The blue states are basically supporting the red-neck asses of red state dwellers. Cal. NY, Ill. - pretty big economies compared to say, S. Dakota.

Fool.

Blue states should secede and then you'd be up a creek.
