get a pomade, or wax works from Paul Mitchell does the trick without being crunchy from mousse and gel. If your on a budget you can get a got-2-b product that is a pomade, if you use more than the normal amount it slicks and looks wet.

I spray my hair with Clairol's Herbal Essences Leave In Conditioner spray, put my hair into the desired style & spray Suave's Ocean Breeze spray gel. My hair looks wet even though it's not. Any kind of spray gel or hairspray over a leave in conditioner will work; the above 2 are my current favorites. Mousse will work as well, giving a wet look. Work it into dry or damp hair, then style as desired.

There are many hair care products that will make your hair look wet. Go to your local hairdressers and ask them for the specific product you want. I use a product called hair wax and my hair looks damp all day long.
TIP: to eliminate that wet look, just take a brush to your hair and run it through your hair several times.

I use Dove Styling Mousse, and my hair stays looking wet all day. Put it in your hair when you get out of the shower and it will stay looking wet.

Lots of gel. There are some you can buy that are specifically to create a wet look. If you want to keep your hair in the best condition, its probably best to buy one of those.
