its easy. u have to ask urself this ? is it worth it? your wife obviously doesnt mind you doing something with her friend as long as u make a sacrifice as well. her fantasy just happens to be doing u in the rear. if thats not a problem with you and eating out your friend and having sex with her too is your fantasy then go for it. but if you dont want it then dont do it.
