Well personally there is really nothing you can do unless you can get her to check into a rehab. The only problem with that is is that if she checks herself in she can also check herself. The only way to get around that is if she gets into trouble with the law and they put her in against her will, that is her not signing herself in. You can work with your local department let them know your situation and go from there. They may be willing to " bust her" and not take it to the extremes and get ther the help that she needs. I went through this with my ex-father-in-law. He is better now but not until he actually wanted to get that way himself. Having his grandson sorta made him see the light and he worked with others and got better. But don't get too discouraged.. I know that it is hard, but you can only help those willing to help themselves. There are many statistics that aren't in the good favor but you can go against the odds.

I've been clean and sober off of Meth and alcohol now for over 20 months. Previously to me getting sober, I battled with my disease for 15+ years. In the beginning, my parents tried to help and i did the rehab thing just to get everyone off my back. I'd hate to say this, but until your daughter is ready to stop, there's not much you can do. My family and friends tried everything. They had to cut me out of there life, "tough love". It hurt too much for them for me to be in their lives while I was using and slowly killing myself. I ended up in home-less detox again, to where I finally realized I was "done". See if she'll go to some 12step meetings or try an intervention. Not to be mean but your daughter is beyond human aid now. As much as you want it for it, she has to want it for herself. All you can do is pray for her. If I can get sober, I'm positive she can too. I have my family and friends in my life again, and have a life I never thought I would have.

Look up Teen Challenge (97% success rate) or
Freedom Village. Both great programs with great success rates. She will have to be willing to go to either program. It can be court ordered however.

Call child protective services. Seriously. They will make sure she gets substance abuse counseling, etc., and will place her in an inpatient facility if you so desire. Don't give up!
