I think I have some weird stuff going on but Mcaffee says no viruses found. When I click to go to different sites I hear a clicking sound every time. Also, what is the best settings for the exceptions tab in the firewall?

Some viruses may cause anti-virus programs not find them. sorry to say it but i've always tought that these virus have no soluotion but reinstalling the antivirus program, but maybe u aren't infected by a virs as macafee is mostly for viruses so download an anti trojan/anti-adware and run scan and see

the clicking is the sound from your windows system configuration that makes a sound everytime you move to a new web page, no worry here ---- best setting for firewall, use default ---- have your mcafee DAT files up-to-date and run a full scan, if nothing is detected, then you are fine.

download bitdefender free version http://www.bitdefender.com/site/Main/view/Download-Free-Products.html# it wont interfere with your current anti-virus scanner because it has no auto protection its perfect for getting a second opinion.
