I would give education to expand peoples thinking, and remove prejudice from the consciousness of all people. It is my belief from observation that people who are secure in who they are are more open to new ideas and different ways of thinking. They are less threatened by things that are different and outside what they consider the norm.
It is the nature of people around the world to set themselves are the approved standard, and that any deviation from that norm is inferior. If taller stature is the value, shorter is the negative. If fair complexion is desirable, dark complexion is to be shunned. If smart is the standard, then dull is to be despised and taken advantage of.

If you mean "change for the better", I would the ask for three things right now:
1)Better,smarter,more responsible and caring bunch of political and social leaders.
2)A more equitable distribution and prudent use of all planetary resources by designing a better economic system and socio- economic policies that do not exploit either poor people or the people disadvantaged by unequal access to the necessities of life like clean drinkable water, a healthy diet of foods, good shelter, reliable electricity delivery, and the availabilities of good medical and educational systems with missions of eradicating illnesses and extending lives as well as any presence of illiteracy and ignorance, respectively.
3) A cure for Aids and all life-ending prions,viruses and bacteria.
Sorry to cram so many wishes like so many sardines in a can, but there you go ,I think it's a good start.

I know this sounds pretty cliche but I'd want to stop war. War is a destructive force, it destroys lives and hopes. It is the worst kind of poison, the enemy of every good day, and the burden of those who have lived through it. It scars deeper than any wound, it leaves mark that time can't heal. War is a scourge, a plague, it is....unexcusable.
Nothing is more precious than peace. Peace is the most basic starting point for the advancement of humankind.

Having been a teacher for 23 years, I'd make sure people read before doing and spelling correctly. Proofreading helps those reading understand what's been written. We put signs up that no one reads and then they don't know why something went wrong or didn't work.

I would gather all of the terrorist, liberals, and illegal immigrants and ship them all to Antartica. Of course there would be steps taken in place to insure that they cannot get of there. Oh yeah, one more thing, no supplies for them.

the ability to kill others....even if they did something bad...u could always just lock them up in jail for their whole life but atleast they wouldnt be dead...i just think life would be so much better if people couldnt kill anyone....
