This morning I read that his former wife ( so his ex-wife, no reason she should lie for him) says he was with her in Alabama that Christmas.
I'd really like to know that they've finally got the guy - but I have a bad feeling that they've just got a crazy who's looking for his 15 minutes of fame.

Well, JonBenet had DNA under her fingernails...Leave it for the DNA tests to prove if he was there or not when she died.
What's weird to me is that none of the news articles say anything about him living in Boulder at the time. All I've heard is that he used to live in Georgia when the Ramsey's lived there, and his ex-wife is saying she was with him in California when JonBenet was murdered. Based on this, I think the man was obsessed with her, and is now confessing to it for the media attention. Sicko.

I seriously doubt that he's the killer. He's a sick, sad man with deep mental problems. He did a LOT of research on the case. And the fact that his ex-wife has come out and given him an alibi, means something.

He looks like a very disturbed individual. The DNA will show if he's the killer or not. Either way, he seems like a man who should not be on the streets.

He's lying to get out of Thailand because they have instant death penalty for the crimes he was caught for over there. He will come back here and because his confession is only verbal, when or if he gives a written one he can change it or not even confess at all. Then the case will get thrown out and he will be here. I don't know if Thailand can extradite him back, but he will probably run if they try.

He doesn't look like a child killer but he does look like a freak. I hope he gets raped and killed in prision the sicko.

I think there is more to this story as he stated that part of it was about ransom and usually ransom involves more than one person!
