If you think it's Chicago then don't even answer because they've only improved in rebounding and they might only win 5-10 games more than last year.

Toronto didn't do too bad. Portland made some moves, don't know how good they will be, can only get better from last year. NO did good. Chris Paul is going to only get better.

New Orleans Hornets. Last season, defense was their thing, but they would occasionally fade on offense b/c they lacked a consistent second scorer to go along with David West. Now, with the addition of Peja Stojakovic, they've added a primary scorer that will also make life easier on West. Both of the rookies, Armstrong and Simmons, add more defense to the team b/c both can rebound and block shots. They are rookies, so only time will tell how well they can produce in the big leagues. Even if the rookies don't contribute immediately, Tyson Chandler will provide shot blocking and rebounding. Chandler should be more productive b/c with West in the frontcourt with him, he won't be required to be a low post scorer. Chris Paul is a master at getting guys easy shots, so Chandler may get 8-10 points just on dunks and open layups. The additions of Bobby Jackson and Jannero Pargo, and the resigning of Rasual Butler will further open up the paint b/c they all are shooters with ranges. Jackson provides the added benefit of being able to play both guard positions and he brings perimeter defense and playoff experience. Initially, I didn't like the trading of J.R. Smith, but now, I think it was for the best. He and the coach didn't get along, and J.R. wasn't worth firing a coach over. One of them had to go, and I think it was good to get rid of the negative attitude that J.R. was bringing into the locker room. That's why I think the Hornets made the most improvement.

Sacramento Kings.
-Drafted sharp shooter Quincy Douby
-Signed defensive specialist John Salmons
-Added physical big man Loren Woods.

And got rid of some dead weight. Look for them to challenge Phx (with Amare) for the Pacific Division crown. Should be interesting.

I think Charlotte is definately in the right direction. I sure wish Cleveland would get on the ball and improve their team.

Its the suns. They added a player named Amare Stoudemire that is going to help the suns win it all this year and the year after. I know he was on the roster, but adding him to the team that pushed Dallas in the conference finals is going to make the suns unstoppable
