how long does a female chinchilla just born hafto stay with its mom. And there is no dad just in case that matters

A chinchilla needs to stay with its mom until it is at least 7 weeks old. We always keep the babies around here for one more week to be sure they are eatting and drinking well without Mom before we sell them. If the baby is a male you will need to remove it before 3 months old beccause you don't want it to breed back to the mother. Chinchillas should not be bred to family members.

i dont know the only thing close to a chinchilla i have is a chinchilla rabbit

It stays with the mom till it lives off food and water completely and gets no nutrition from the mom.
