I've talked with several bisexuals who believe that being ATTRACTED to both sexes defines bisexuality. Most gay people like myself believe that it is HOW YOU LIVE and LOVE - where your heart is that matters most. To me, bisexuality means a person who has relationships with either males or females. I don't base it all on sexual attraction because that just doesn't carry much weight compared with deep love. I know women who find men sexy, but they LOVE women, heart and soul, and they just don't have deep feelings for men or fall in love with them. What do you think? (And please don't mention god or any of that because that has no bearing on it whatsoever and I couldn't care less about that sh!t.)

Thank you for your input - the bisexual women out here have given good responses and I appreciate them.

I think that being bisexual means that you could have a true relationship with either a girl or a guy and that is about love most of all yet does have a sexual attraction as well. It is about who your heart loves.

Being a bi girl I can tell you at first glace you might just see me look at a cute guy or check a girl out because both sexes attract me in different ways, but what makes me bisexual is being able to fall in love with either a girl or guy and wanting a deep meaningful relationship with them. Hope that helps you out.

I wouldn't call myself bisexual, I love men at heart and i am also sexually attracted to men, but i also have sexual attaction to women, i think women are sexier than men, women know what other women want, sometimes it doesn't even have to be spoken, lesbian women are my biggest turn on, but i couldn't have both at the same time, or ever give up being with a man... i hope this made some sense, it was hard to put into words!

relationship, definitely. for me, sexual orientation is also emotional. i can't have sex with someone i don't have feelings for; it doesn't matter which sex they'd be in if i were in love with them, because they would be beautiful to me. if you're just sexually attracted to both genders, you're not completely bi; like how a lesbian can have a sexual relationship with a man, but she'd still be a lesbian. the lines blur here... i am not sure why. love is so rarely talked about when it comes to bisexuality, and that makes me sad. maybe it should be called biamorous - the ability to love both? i suppose some people already use the expression to differentiate themselves from bisexuals, who are considered "promiscuous".

it has to deal with attraction but not all about sexaul attraction. It has to do with ur feelings and who u would like to be with. It has nothing to do if u are messing with them or not becasue sex does not determine sexuality. If that was the case nobody would be gay, lesbian, bi, or Str8 till they messed with someone or had relationships with someone. and just because a lesbian may find a man sexy doesnt mean she is sexually attracted to him she is just admiring and pointing out beauty. Becasue sexual attraction means her attraction is wanting her to have a deirse to have sex with him and that is not the case

Its both. The attraction is called orientation the (sexual) relationships is behaviour. You are not a bisexual unless you have the attraction regardless of any behaviour.

Attraction to both genders. I was bi as a teenager with boyfriends, I was bi when I was single, I am bi and committed to another woman now. I get crushes on Tony Stewart (race car driver) and firemen. You don't have to act on all your attractions all at once, though.
