Letting someone touch your breast does not make you a whore, good gravy like some of these people has never had anyone touching there boobs. Funny one time where I work there was this gay guy who kept bugging me about what they felt like, so after a while I said look just feel em than you will know, He did and never bugged me again because he now knows what real boobs feel like.

If someone wants to touch your breasts and you are comfortable with that then it is ok. Maybe not in the middle of a public place bcz that just offend some people. If you're ok with it then it is ok.
Also, providing you are a consenting adult over the age of 18!

See , based on this question you really should allow your friend to touch you - if he is a nice guy that is. He'll never forget you. If he is considerate and appreciative it could be something you both enjoy and a nice memory for a long time. Try to see him in a different light.
