A headache is a symptom, not an imbalance. Instead of covering up the symptom, you'd be better off getting to the root of the cause. Do your headaches only happen at school? Do you have any allergies to the cleaning solutions? Do you get them after lunch? Where are your headaches (over the eyes, ears, or back of the head)? Do tension and stress get the better of you? Is this attention-getting behavior. (That's always a really tough one to answer on your own, if you're being honest with yourself.)
If you choose to ignore the cause, but still want to treat the symptom, I'm sensing that some grapefruit (either pink or white) essential oil applied at the back of the neck will help. Good luck!

Well, since ur in the "alternative" medicine category, then an alternative to tylenol, or any other medicine, is to drink a tall glass of water and go outside for some fresh air for a few minutes. Being at school all day where your eyes are constantly being focused on chalkboards and small print can definitely cause headaches. I do this several times a day to give my eyes a break. It usually works.

Either your getting too much sleep or too little sleep. What you need to do is play around with your sleeping times. One day sleep for 7 hours, next day 8 hours, try 6 hours as well.
If you sleep in or wake up too early your gonna have a headache. Play around with your sleeping times and the problem should be solved.

tylenol is typically safe however, u really should speak to a doc before taking it because we dont know of any medical problems or issues that u may have that would negatively affect u or the baby. sorry.
