Democracy means freedom and equal rights to everybody... Freedom means doing what u want without hurting, bothering, etc., other people.

So, yes it is domocratic!!!
The limited number of questions is for you to be anxious to get to the next level, and also i believe to make people not to become 24/7 addicts on yahoo/answers all the time. They have to have a reason *being reported on abuse) to suspend you.

The law *or rules in this site, were created to make it more peaceful, and harmonic.

You are overrating freedom and democracy, you must like Your president bush a lot, right? (he claims he is fighting for freedom and democracy, but he-s destroying them, and he is a fool for the money)

This is totally democratic. People have a choice to go to this sight. They have a choice to play by its rules. It is all about choice, which makes it very democratic.
