Since no one answered your question yet....somewhere between $40-$75/hour. There(like most things) will be different factors here though. I would honestly call some competition and see what they charge, then you can figure out what you do from that point. Just remember...you have to be competitive, especially if you're new in the business! Good luck

ps- to give you an idea of what rates are in my area....In CT...the going rate for an established painter or company is $45-50/hr.

It all depends on how your contract with them is set up. You can set it up so that you end paying a flat fee no matter what the final cost is. Generally speaking, there is usually a 15% overhead / profit markup for a general contractor. If you can handle the planning and quality control yourself you can get cheap labor from labor ready. If the job is small this might be the best solution.

Depends onthe area, the specific trades involved, amount of supervision, type of tools needed, etc. You'll have to provide a little more information if you want more then a wide a** guess.
