The "best"? Why is it that everyone asks who's better between these two teams and forget every other team in the league? You guys act like there are only two teams and that's it. I think Chivas are the "best" between them and America.
Recently Chivas has made a name for themselves thru their performance in the Copa Libertadores. But really, in their league, Pachuca and Toluca are the better teams. Check out their records the last 2 to 3 years. Cruz Azul and UNAM have been better as well. So realistically, both America and Chivas are in the top 10 but not in the top 5.

You are wrong!!! Amierdica cannot be called a Mexican team when most of their players are from other countries. Chivas is a 100% Mexican team unlike others. Of course Chivas is the best team in all the American Continent. Chivas DEFEATED Amierdica 1-0 the last time!!! Whoever doesn't agree with me, I don't give a damn!

I don't like to lie but America is more talented than chivas right now. chivas depended in its defense with salcido who is now gone and there a mess. America has reforce itself with vuoso and cabanas at the front. but the if you where looking at the best mexican soccer club it would be cruz azul. they have somebody by the name of Cesar "Chelito" Delgado.
