You need to log on to the carriers BIS service and ammend your forward settings for pop3 for IMAP. The BlackBerry device itself doesn't control the email being received the server does. So you need to tell the server to stop forwarding.

Your company has purchased a service that allows you to recieve email to your blackberry. The settings can be done on the computer or on the phone.

If you cleared everything on the phone, the service that was set up is still going to continue doing what it does.

The easist thing thing is to just call the company up and get it done in like two minutes.

You need to login to the Blackberry Internet Service and disable the email forwarding. The email forwarding is attached to the unique PIN number of each Blackberry device. So it does not matter who the owner of the blackberry is if you do not disable the forwarding to that PIN number. The link to the Blackberry Internet Service depends on your cellualar provider. I have the most popular providers link listed below. Good luck.
