Put down the pipe and step away from the drugs but.... to keep your bills from growing, you might try paying them that stops what's known as interest and well drugs only grow if they are "grown" from a plant form- it sounds like your not growing any plants but cooking, this is worse than growing STOP NOW and step outside your brain needs oxygen.

I believe she means "Prices" and "bills and medication".
Well, it's all a "supply and demand" issue. The more people "demand" something, the less "supply" there is, meaning prices go up. The less people "demand" it, the more "supply" there is, and prices go down.
Find lesser known or generic products, and use lesser known and smaller services, as their prices tend to be lowest. Use coupons whenever possible. Stretch your resources for as long as possible.
