Try www.daddos.com. They are replicas of swing outfits. Also, check on ebay.
Finding them in actual stores is going to take time, money, and persistence. I'm assuming you want these for wear, as well. Clothes from the Victorian era are usually so worn that you won't be able to wear them well.

Ebay has lots of cool things from the 50's. Look there. I have never looked for victorian dresses, so not sure about that, but its worth a shot!
