ok, well lets see...i had my last period on the 8th of june. i have taken 6 hpt's and all were neg but one. and that one was iffy,because the lines were really light. i have always had a normal period. and i have had un protected sex for like the past 8 months with the same person. but if all my tests were neg and im pg what else could it be?

You are pregnant if there is any line at all, my 2nd line was really light and I took 5 more test that came out the same way.......YOU ARE PREGNANT.....you are probably just not very far along. I was only 2 weeks and now i have a healthy little boy.

Unprotected sex is unprotected sex, it doesnt matter if it was with the same person or not. Why do you even care if you are or not? If you have been having unprotected sex for 8 months you must either be extremely silly or WANT to get pregnant. If you dont want to use a condom, start taking the pill or some other form of hormonal birthcontrol. The pill is up to 99.7% effective, if you can remember to take it everyday.
As for your question, I would go with you are probably not pregnant if you have taken that many tests and they have all come up negative. If you are worried, schedual a doctor's appointment to have a blood test done, they are more accurate than home pregnancy tests.

I think the first thing you need to do is make a quick appointment with the Ob/gyn. A blood test will be needed to determine pregnancy and if you are not pregnant, the doctor can run some other hormonal tests to see why you have not gotten a period. If you really want to try again, try one of those tests that is digital and reads 'pregnant' or 'not pregnant'-they are much easier to get a reading on. Good luck!

I was iffy cause my lines were light too, but i am pregnant. even at the docs office the lines were light. SO i got tired of lines and went digital. Try one of the ones with the words, they cost alittle more but its a sure way to find out. Good Luck :P

If there was even the slightes line you are prego. Those tests can only detect that hcg hormone if it is there. But you'd be like 8 weeks pregnant and there fore should have a solid positive line. So I say pregnant with problems. Go ahead and see your doctor.

my tests were negative too and then i had two with very faint positive lines. now i'm 9 weeks pregnant. you can always have a false negative with a hpt, but false positives are unlikely. call you doctor and explain what happened and they can send you for a blood test. good luck!

My only suggestion would be to go to the gyn and get tested. Then at the same time you can tell them it's been 2 months since your last period. There may be something else causing this, something that may need to be addressed!

I had faint lines on a positive pregnacy test and 9 months later had a daughter..Best to wait a few days and try again. Use 1st morning urine when you do it's has more of the pregnancy hormone.

I would go see a doctor. If you are stressed out or underweight it can make you miss your period.
