You can land in Florida without a visa as long as it is just a connecting flight. You can't leave the airport though. I have seen it done with people Traveling from Central America to Canada.

Yes. You have to clear Customs in the US even if you're only in transit. And with extended security measures and even longer lines, travelling via the US if it's not your final destination is not the best idea. You might not even make your connection unless your flights are several hours apart. Try travelling via Panama.

Sí, visa de tránsito o la B1B2BCC (laser) a webo, te recomiendo no pasar por EU. Hace como 1 año tuve que hacer escala en Miami para llegar a Nassau y fue mucho desmadre, con todo y que ya tenía la visa laser, pero bueno... BUENA SUERTE!
