I believe it's something that just doesn't need to happen. If I was out with my young children & we came upon something like that I would not only be furious at the fact that they'd had to witness it, I'd be seriously tempted to report the couple to the police for public indecency. If it's in the privacy of your home or on your own property, that's one thing; but when it comes to the possibility that innocent children should see it, then no - it's completely innappropriate. And no, I'm not in the least bit prudish.

It depends on the situation. Of course there's the legal risk, but also consider other factors, like grass stains, asphalt burns, dirt, disease, etc.
I like my genitalia a little to much to do anything to risky or risque.

Depends on what you mean by "public" At night on the beach when your sure no ones around. Great. On a street corner with everyone walking by, I think not.

it is too risky. in a way you enjoy it because you know some one could see you but also you don't enjoy it as you should because you are taking care of police or other people.

It depends where you are, a crowded downtown street, a park, in an elevator,at a store. It all depends if you are in to it,and how public a place you are talking about it.

Of course it is risky, but that is the fun.
