In the winter if you heat with it and also cook with it about 300 a month in a small two bedroom house that is not insulated that great. If you walk into a house in the summer time and it is really hot inside then the house is poorly insulated.

Depends on the Gas company, area of the country, size of the apartment, and whether it's winter or summer. But a good estimation is around $40. ?? That's a blind guess based on my experience owning rental properties.

Depends on the weather, the size of the apartment and where you set the thermostat. If it's winter, you must keep it warm enough so that the pipes don't freeze. In short, your bill should be quite low.
