If he didn't do it, then why is he saying he did? Who is he taking the rap for and why? Think about it......would you take a murder rap for someone? I sure as hell wouldn't!

This is only the first day of the arrest. Nothing has been said yet. There must be tons of details that will either prove he is the man or prove otherwise. We have to wait and see. We've already done that for 10 years almost so. His brother says he cannot have been there and so does his wife (or ex-wife I'm not sure). Well, do you kno where your sisters and/or brothers are 100% of the time? He was 31 at the time so he could travel and go where he wanted to. I am sure he did not tell his wife that he was going to Boulder for Christmas, that would've been too easy.
It was and remains a creepy case. Let's get it solved!
BTW He does look an awful lot like the intruder composition sketch that was published some years ago !

No. But he sure is creepy. Pleated chinos hitched up high and a baby blue polo shirt buttoned to the top. Weird! Don't think he'd last too long in a Bangkok prison.

I agree. The situation is fishy. When I heard on Fox News this morning that his Brother and Sister were saying that he's never been there before, that was kinda spooky. He does look like the weird type, but his eyes don't have that look in them.

This guy never said he killed her......he only said he was there when she died.....and that could be true......I think someone else was involved......or....he is an obsessed freak who has been convicted on child pornography before and thrives on the attention he is getting now...and the fact that he didn't want to stay there in jail...because ours are so much more comfortable......

that guy was vindicated for VARIOUS sexual assult and not just JonBennet's case.
how do you know if he's not the killer? what's your proof. Geez. Why can't you wait until the DNA test reveal itself before posting this? Are you his friend or something?
the parents passed the DNA and poly and other tests. they're not guilty.

Naw, I don't , I think he's just a nut that wants to get out of a foreign jail for molesting boys and back into America

it is strange. one theory is that he got busted for child molestation in thailand, which is known for prosecuting foreign molesters and they 'disappear' and are never heard from again. he then screamed for the us embassy to confess and have him extridate him back to the safety of the US. now, he does know details of the crime that only the police would know. but it does sound all too fishy.

I think it really was her parents, having some midlife crisis, I think her mom was slightly on the crazy side, or someone in her family lost it, and they tried to cover it up. And didnt her mom die recently?
