Ah...a philosophical question! The speed of light as some people know is 186,000 miles per second, the light of speed is a transformation of conscience that exceeds the boundaries of our 4 dimensions, the next step in our evolution.

The Light of Speed is more psychological. When you're going at a high rate of speed, for example, your mind might light up a little. That's the light of speed, holmes.

Light of speed isn't a real term. You just made it up.
Light speed however is a term the use in space movies to say that the spaceship is moving at the speed of light.

While the speed of light is a constant "c" = 186,000 miles per second, the light of speed is accelerating a certain mass until there is a flash! That's the big "E"

Speed of Light is a measurement in science based on how long a beam of light travels in one year (which is roughly = 299,792,458 miles per second)
Light of speed is the latest development of the metaphor (light Speed) that Paul Virilio uses in his texts (see Aesthetics of Disappearance, and the Rhetoric of Media)

Well the speed of light would be 186,000 miles per second, and the light of speed would be the hazy hallucinations you get when you drop some speed.

you mixed up things in here there is no such thing as " the light speed" maybe what you meant was lightning speed which is just a hyperbole that means it was done in less time well the speed of light is the distance traveled by light per seconds

SPEED OF LIGHT
The speed of light is the speed at which electromagnetic waves can move .299,792,458 meters/sec (186,000 miles/second). According to Einstein's Theory of Relativity, nothing can go faster than the speed of light. SPEED OF SOUND The speed of sound is the speed at which sound moves through air. At sea level and standard atmospheric pressure, the speed of sound is 1116.45 feet per second (340.294 meters per second).
LIGHT OF SPEED
the speed at which light travels in a vacuum; the constancy and universality of the speed of light is recognized by defining it to be exactly 299,792,458 meters per second
