Technically it is impossible to live to the age of 500. Actually living to 100 is quite remarkable. This is called a centenarian. But do not worry, researchers are finding new ways to increase human age expectancy. It is said that the number of centenarian or even super-centenarian (age 110 of more) should increase. Actually think about ancient Greece where the average age of death was 30 and now it is in the 70s or even, for women, in the 80s. The only advice I can give you for living a longer life (not to 500 but at less to 100) is eat right, exercise, get enough rest, and be happy (depress people die earlier then people that are happy). Besides, humans maybe in the next 1000 or maybe 100 years should have figured out a way to live past 500, unless we are all wiped out first. LOL

Well, back in the Bible days yepperz because before the flood the earth had a protective atmosphere over it and so the air was cleaner and they had to work harder than we do. but there's nothing we can do about it now, we've already wrecked our world, so nowadays nope nobody can live to be that old. I wouldn't wanna I'd be rather tired of living after that long.

Medically speaking you have the potential to live that long. All the cells in your body replace themselves( except brain and nerve cells.) If science could find out the reasons for degeneration of each generation of cells and stop that process, it would be possible.

We'll, people used to be about 900 years old before the flood.
But today? not now, but maybe with even more advances in medicine, we may just reach it.
