It isn't FEMA's job to rebuild the WTC. It's the land-owner and the lessor. Several groups have wanted their input to be weighted in the design of whatever is to be built at the site which has caused a few design reviews. And federal and local regulations/bureaucracy have also hindered the process. There's a lot going on from a lot of different directions that is getting in the way.

it extremely is authentic that there isn't any shown clarification for the cave in of creating 7. in fact, they fairly even speculated. FEMA basically dropped the ball on the analyze of that construction probable as a results of fact it replaced into no longer at present hit by utilising the hijacked planes and so basically deemed to no longer rather join the analyze of the terrorist attack. i think they only theory it may be considered yet another oddity of the day. i believe their exclusion of a radical analyze of this replaced into as a results of their "loss of mind's eye" as to different important events maximum efficient as much as this attack that have been completely brushed aside without analyze. whilst pondering the resultant variations in governing our united states, and the ramifications of those variations, i could say that replaced right into a extensive mistake whether you believe it replaced into an interior job or whether we are only left with the unknown ingredient that we would be heavily underestimating our enemy. extensive mistake.

Which race(s) are you suggesting are wealthy New Yorkers?
Isn't the WTC owned by the NY Port Authority, which had its own insurance and is a government agency...re-build the damned thing themselves.

That must be it, yes. Especially since FEMA is the agency responsible for disaster recovery assistance, never for rebuilding. And we can't let New York City itself rebuild, that's just wrong, the federal government always has to step in and take over from the local governments-- right?

As someone has already pointed out, it's not FEMA's responsibility.
The responsibility would rest with the owner of the building, who should have been compensated by their insurance company.

It is not FEMA's responsibility to do so. The land is owned by the Port Authority, who will have the final say as to what goes there.

If you knew the amount of money the WTC owners received from insurance, you wouldn't ask this question.

Because it isn't vital infrastructure such as a Hospital or School. There are also many issues surround who is responsible, who owns the land, who actually has the contract
