Seems that most want to hire under the table or they want to pry into your whole life for weeks before hiring... Know of any in the middle? Legit, good companies (size doesn't matter) who are willing to hire someone they didn't grow up with...

Most construction/landscaping companies require backround checks now!!!!!!!!!!1
