The difference is that sunscreen block less rays from the sun. Sun block is anything 50spf or over. spf30 sunscreen blocks about 97% of UVA rays and spf15 block about 93%. Hope I helped.

The higher the SPF the more it will block out the harmful rays. If you are athletic or going to be in the water get a waterproof one.
At what point does a sunscreen become a sunblock? Have no idea. The term sunblock may imply that it blocks more rays but it's just terminology. The most important thing is the SPF #.

Sunscreen is any SPF up to and including 15. Everything above SPF 15 is sunblock.
Sunblock is better, because it blocks more UV rays from the sun, but I suppose if you're going for the extra-dark tan sunscreen is more your style.

sunblock better than sunscreen so if you got to use one you should use sunblock as it gives you better protection against the sun and uv rays .

There's no difference.....you want to look at the SPF, which should be 15 or greater. Use 40 SPF for very hot places
