system restore 4 win 98?

i restored it it worked but i didn't go back far enough that opprotunitie seems 2 b unavailable now is there any way 2 get that yr back. i'm surface scanning now. i'm lost i hope 2 get it back. please help

Windows 98 did not ship with System Restore. Sounds like you have a third party application. Contact them or tell us what program you have.
