Throughout the world, more boys than girls are born (105 boys to 100 girls in most countries), despite the fact that human semen holds equal amounts of X bearing and Y bearing sperms.
The probability of having a boy is 51%. Its even higher at 58% if you are trying to conceive for more than 12 months

Its 50/50. Depending on when you had sex before ovulation can affect what you have. If you had sex 2-3 days before there is more a chance of having a girl. If you had sex 1-0 days before ovulation then chaces are its a boy.

Everything being equal the probability is 50/50. However some men have more sperm of one sex than the other. My husband has a lot of speedy little sperm.. which means for some reason he makes more little boy sperm.

If you conceived your baby right on the day that you ovulate then you have a higher chance of having a boy as the Y(male) sperm swim faster, but die sooner. The X(female) sperm swim slower but live longer, so if you want to increase chances of a girl, you have sex a few days before you ovulate.
