Hi. There are just over 25 millimeters in an inch. (25.4 is closer.) So each millimeter is about 1 divided by 25.4,or about 0.03937.

One inch is about 25.4 millimeters.

4 mm × (1 in. / 25.4 mm) = (4 / 25.4) mm
= approx. 0.15748 inches, fairly close to 5/32 of an inch.

5/32 = 0.15625
3/16 = 0.1875

25∙4mm = 1in.
1mm = 1/25∙4
1mm = 0∙039370078 in
4mm = 0∙157480315 in
