Canada Geese are becoming nuisance animals and upsetting waterway ecology here in the US. Can we eat them? If so we could kill, freeze and export them to starving countries - that way their death isn't such a waste.

They're edible, though the ones hanging around the local lake or arboretum might not be very good eating (the ones that tend to spend the majority of their time in-city eat some pretty nasty things in the course of their day) Farm-raised geese are much tastier, though of course, they aren't free.

They are edible like any goose. Lots of people hunt them. The geese are becoming nuisance birds even here in Canada.
